Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dianao from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in your contract. Upon termination, your access to the services will be disabled and your data will be handled according to our data retention policy.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
