SCHUNK PGN-plus-P 100 Universal Gripper

The SCHUNK PGN-plus-P 100 is a high performance pneumatic two finger parallel gripper from SCHUNK's flagship universal gripper series, sized at 100 mm. It uses a wedge gear mechanism with full surface power transmission for exceptionally high gripping forces and outstanding rigidity under eccentric loads. At 6 bar nominal pressure the -100-1 variant delivers a closing force of 870 N and opening force of 930 N with a 10 mm stroke per jaw, opening and closing in just 0.06 seconds. The maintenance friendly design uses a guided jaw system with high repeat accuracy of 0.01 mm, making it suitable for demanding precision assembly. It accepts fingers up to 160 mm long at 1.3 kg each and carries an IP40 protection rating, targeting machine tending, palletizing, and high cycle industrial automation where a pneumatic supply is available.
