Robotiq 2F-140 Adaptive Gripper

Part number RQ-2F-140 · 2-Finger Adaptive
The Robotiq 2F-140 is the wide-stroke variant of Robotiq's two-finger adaptive gripper series, sharing the base body and electronics of the 2F-85 but fitted with longer fingers that open to 140 mm. The underactuated two-phalanx fingers self-adapt to object shape, supporting internal gripping into a bore, external parallel pinch, and encompassing grasps on large or irregular parts. Grip force is programmable from 10 to 125 N and closing speed from 30 to 250 mm/s, with a maximum payload of 2.5 kg, suiting both delicate and robust handling. Like the 2F-85 it is powered and controlled through a single 24 V DC Modbus RTU RS-485 cable and is compatible with Universal Robots URCaps, ROS, and any cobot with an ISO 9409-1 tool flange. Typical applications include handling large-format parts, packaging, machine loading, and tasks requiring a wide jaw opening.
