OnRobot RG6 Flexible Gripper

The OnRobot RG6 is a heavier duty electric two finger parallel collaborative gripper with a 160 mm adjustable stroke and up to 120 N grip force, suited for larger and heavier workpieces up to 6 kg. Like the RG2 it needs no external controller, since the cable routes directly through the robot tool connector (8 pin, UR I/O) and all settings are managed in the robot software or URCap. Failsafe grip hold on power loss and automatic stroke detection at startup mean no initialization is required, and dual gripper daisy chaining is supported without additional wiring. The mounting flange is ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 for direct robot attachment, and it provides plus or minus 0.1 mm repeatability with analog position feedback plus digital force and width detection. It is TUV certified and compatible with Universal Robots and 17 plus other robot brands via the Quick Changer, targeting machine tending, palletizing, and assembly.
