OnRobot RG2 Flexible Gripper

The OnRobot RG2 is a compact electric two finger parallel collaborative gripper with a wide 110 mm adjustable stroke, built for machine tending, pick and place, and high mix material handling. It delivers 3 to 40 N of adjustable grip force with plus or minus 0.1 mm repeatability, and holds the workpiece on power loss for failsafe operation. Control runs directly through the robot tool I/O over an 8 pin cable with no external controller or extra wiring, providing analog position feedback plus digital force and width detection. It mounts to an ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 flange and is compatible with Universal Robots and 17 plus robot brands through the OnRobot Quick Changer, and it is TUV certified.
