This assorted vacuum suction cup set contains nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) bellows-style cups in multiple diameters from 10 mm to 40 mm, each fitted with M5 male threaded fittings for direct connection to standard vacuum lines, generators, or ejectors without adapters. Bellows cups provide axial compliance of 10 to 25 mm depending on cup diameter and bellows count (1.5 to 2.5 convolutions), compensating for workpiece height variation and surface irregularities, which makes them especially suited for handling lids, packaging, curved panels, and soft or fragile objects. NBR material offers good resistance to petroleum-based oils and greases, with a service temperature range of -10 to 80 degC and suitability for vacuum levels up to 85% (-0.85 bar). The set is used in pneumatic pick-and-place systems, assembly automation, and robot end-of-arm tooling where multiple cup sizes are needed to accommodate a range of part sizes and geometries.
